What data we collect
Only what is needed to handle your order: name, delivery address, country, email and contact phone, along with the order contents and the crypto payment reference. We do not store bank card data.
What we use it for
To process and ship your order, confirm payment, answer enquiries and meet legal obligations. We do not sell your data or use it for third-party advertising. We only send marketing messages if you subscribe to the newsletter.
Who we share it with
With carriers (e.g. CTT, DPD or FedEx) to deliver the parcel, with the crypto payment processor to confirm payment and with the technical providers hosting the site. These third parties only receive the data essential for their function.
Retention
We keep order data for as long as needed to meet applicable legal and accounting obligations; afterwards it is deleted or anonymised.
Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability of your data by emailing us. If you believe we have not handled your data properly, you may complain to the data protection authority of your country.
