Carriers
CTT Express for Spain and Portugal (24–48 business hours), DPD for the rest of Europe (2–5 business days) and FedEx International Priority as an express service (1–2 business days). The method and its cost are chosen in the cart before paying.
Free shipping and gift
CTT and DPD are free from €150. Every order includes a free 3 ml vial of bacteriostatic water.
Tracking and processing
We prepare orders once payment is confirmed and send you the tracking number by email. If your parcel arrives damaged or incorrect, let us know within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the package.
Returns
