Purpose
These terms govern purchases on PureGen Peptides. By placing an order you fully accept these conditions, the research-use-only disclaimer and the privacy policy.
Eligible buyers
We only sell to adults over 18 acting as researchers, laboratories or qualified professionals. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if there are signs of use other than the one declared.
Products
All products are research materials (RUO) and are sold with no therapeutic, diagnostic or consumption purpose. Images are illustrative. Published analysis reports come from the manufacturers and may not correspond to the specific lot shipped.
Prices and payment
Prices are shown in euros and include, where applicable, taxes for the destination country. Payment is made exclusively in cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH). The order is confirmed once the network detects the full payment; incomplete or late payments may require contacting us. The crypto payment discount is applied automatically in the cart.
Shipping, customs and taxes
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Once the parcel is handed to the carrier, the risk of loss or damage lies with the carrier. The buyer is responsible for customs procedures, duties and import taxes in their country and for checking that they may legally receive these products.
Liability
Any use of the products other than laboratory research is the sole responsibility of the buyer. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damage resulting from misuse, breach of local regulations or improper storage and handling.
