Right of withdrawal
Sealed products
You may request the return of unopened products, in their original packaging with the seal intact, within 14 calendar days of receipt. Contact us before sending anything to receive instructions.
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for products that are opened, reconstituted, handled or that have lost the cold chain, for safety and quality reasons. Nor for products damaged by improper storage.
Costs and refund
Return costs are borne by the buyer, unless the error is ours. Once the product is received and inspected, the refund is made in cryptocurrency to the address you provide, for the euro value of the returned product converted at the exchange rate at the time of refund.
